Refund policy

We are happy to receive items for return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

But please, they must be unworn or unused.

How do customers return items?
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately via email if any item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong product.

To start a return, send an email to hello@skateable.com.au and include your order details, name, address and reason for the return.  We will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Shipping for returns?
We will pay for shipping of the returned items.

Credit for returns?
We will notify you once your returned item has been received and inspected and whether your return has been approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
